Please not the changes for Yellow Bags as of 2019
The most important change is the written re-ordering of the same recyclables bags after the basic distribution. You will no longer receive the Yellow Bags from the municipal authorities, but they will be delivered to your home conveniently and simply via a shipping system. In addition, the stability of the Yellow Bags should be noticeably better than before.

Basic distribution:

The basic distribution of the Yellow Bags is expected to take place at the beginning of 2019. The exact date will be published in the official gazettes
and on our homepage. With the basic distribution each household receives 60 bags. The basic distribution of 60 bags is intended to cover most of the demand for 2019.
If you have not received any Yellow Bags after the distribution has been completed, you can report this directly to the Disposal companies via the free hotline number 0800 / 723 6661.
If you still need yellow bags before the basic distribution, you can obtain them from the local authorities of the union community Ramstein-Miesenbach and at the County Administration Kaiserslautern. After the basic distribution, any additional requirements are covered by a dispatch system – this means that the Yellow Bags can only be ordered in writing.

After ordering, you will receive the Yellow Bags conveniently and easily delivered to your home. It is not possible to order Yellow Bags by telephone!

Collection and responsibility:

Please make your Yellow Bags available for collection on the day of collection by 6:00 a.m. at the latest or at the earliest on the evening before at the roadside.
The Dual System „INTERSEROH-Dienstleistungs GmbH“ from Cologne, which is currently responsible for the district of Kaiserslautern, has awarded the waste disposal contract
for the years 2019-2021 to the company „ALBA Berlin GmbH“. Therefore, please address all complaints about not having collected the Yellow Bags to the phone number: 06303 / 804-191.

Client:
The distribution and collection of the Yellow Bags is not carried out on behalf of the County Kaiserslautern.
Therefore, these services are not included in the waste fee. The current client is the dual system „INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH“.
